Rental Requirements

Application Requirements

• $35.00 Credit Check Fee for each applicant. (Fee will be applied to move-in costs, if credit check meets minimum criteria)
  
• $100.00 refundable holding deposit to reserve/hold rental property until move-in date. (Fee will be applied to move-in costs)
  
• First Month's rent due upon signing lease.
  
• Security Deposit in the amount of 80% rent due upon signing of the lease.
  
• Security Deposit must be in the form of a cashier's check or money order.
  
• A Pet Deposit in the amount of $250/pet is required upon signing of the lease.
  
• Pet Deposit must be in the form of a cashier's check or money order.
  

Application Procedure:

• Drivers ID must be shown with application
  
• We screen our applicants carefully, and we completely verify all information provided to us on the rental application.
• We run a credit report on every applicant, we verify employment, and we check previous rental history.
